If you decide to return a product, Expert LED Lighting offers the following hassle-free return process for your convenience. Please read the terms below to begin the return process.
- New orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt with prior authorization of Expert LED Lighting. Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. No returns are accepted after 30 days of original delivery date of order.
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required to return all products. Please request RAN at customerservice@expertledlighting.com
- Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping back return products with their preferred carriers. Expert LED Lighting is not responsible for any damaged or lost items while in transit to our facilities.
- Shipping charges paid during the time of order processing are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
- All returns must include original packaging. Missing parts and/or manuals will result in partial refund. Final credit from return will be determined after the returned product is inspected.
- Custom made and special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Discontinued items and sales / clearance items cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted, if they fall into any of the following conditions:
- Product returned does not include Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Product has been installed, customized or modified.
- Product is not in original packaging, item is missing parts, hardware and/or manual.
- Product is custom made or a special order.
- Product is a sale item (sale, clearance, price drop, open box).
- Truck-load sized items
- Any volume orders totaling more than $1,500
- Any large quantity order of 12 pieces or more of the same product
Returns Process
- To request a Return Authorization Number (RAN), please email to customerservice@expertledlighting.com. A representative will be available Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5PM PST.
- Complete the Return Form. Follow instructions listed on form for return label shipping details.
- Please package products carefully. All return products must be in original, unmarked packaging. Any accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that were included with product must be included.
- As stated above, customers are responsible for shipping cost. Customers may use any preferred carrier (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc.) to ship return products. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number and insurance to your shipment. Expert LED Lighting is not responsible for any items lost or damaged while in transit to our facilities. If damage or loss does occur, customers must independently file a claim with the carrier.
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item, a notification will be emailed to confirm the return has been completed. Final credits will be determined, and a refund will then be issued on the original credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to be reflected on your statement.
Expert LED Lighting reserves the right to modify this return policy from time to time. Any modification of this return policy shall be effective for all orders placed with Expert LED Lighting on or after the effective date of revised return policy.
